These Terms of Service govern your use of the ERMADRI website and the services we provide. By submitting a request through our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Our Services
ERMADRI builds landing pages and manages paid advertising campaigns (such as Meta Ads and Google Ads) for small businesses. The exact scope of work for each client is defined in a separate proposal or agreement.
2. No Guaranteed Results
We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, customers, or sales. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your market, pricing, service quality, region, and the advertising budget you invest.
3. Advertising Budget
Our service fee covers building your landing page and managing your campaigns. It does not include the advertising budget you spend directly with ad platforms (such as Meta Ads or Google Ads), which is billed separately by those platforms.
4. Payment Terms
Service fees, billing frequency, and payment methods are set out in your individual agreement or invoice with us. Late or missed payments may result in a pause of services.
5. Client Responsibilities
To deliver our services on time, we rely on you to provide accurate business information, requested content, and timely feedback or approvals. Delays on your end may affect our delivery timeline.
6. Intellectual Property
Once your project is paid in full, you own the final landing page and creative assets delivered to you. We may showcase completed work in our own portfolio and marketing materials unless we agree otherwise in writing.
7. Term and Cancellation
Either party may end the engagement as described in your individual agreement. We do not lock clients into long-term contracts beyond what is explicitly agreed at signup.
8. Limitation of Liability
ERMADRI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including losses related to advertising performance or third-party platform changes.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
